Our product is one of the most effective in order to combat Herpes simplex in both its oral and its genital form. Most that have used our product are fully satisfied and we have not had any complaint whatsover. We cannot almost guarantee that an issue or another might arise. If there is a need to contact us for whatever reason, we would be more than welcome in order to provide you with a quick solution to your quiery.

Our customer service aim to respond to all queries whithin a 24 hour period; if you have sent us a query during the weeking, please allow for at least a longer period of time until the next working day for our customer service to get back to you.

Questions;

How long does it take for a shipment to arrive?

Upon order, please allow at least a weeks period for standard delivery and 2 to 3 working days for fast delivery. If you have order is bound internationaly, it may take a little bit longer.

How do I know that the product has been shipped?

Ounce your order has been fully implemented, you will receive in your e-mail a special tracking code. Use that tracking code in order to track your shipment until you have received it.

My product arrived damaged?

We take great care with every product that we ship. If your product has arrived damaged, at first instance report that immediately to the postal service that has handled the package; they are responsible for any damaged product and should be able to report to us regarding the incident.

Please return the damaged product without opening the package along with a copy of the complaint that you have made at the postal office. We will replace your product free of charge.

I am not satisfied with the product?

If you have received our product and for any reason are not satisfied, you can return that within the time period that is noted on the receipt. The product must not be opened or have been used. We will refund your fee but will deduct our postal charge and administration charge.
